Spend an enjoyable and instructive 1 1/2 hours with Acharya Khadi in delving into the 7 Yoga Principles outlined in her book of the same title. These principles can easily be applied to improve your understanding of how your thoughts, speech, posture, and ability to focus and breathe can dramatically improve your life, success and happiness. Topics vary per each teleclass. This lecture series has been presented at the OC Library system and the Jacques Marchais Museum of Tibetan Art. For 5 or more participants. If you are local to central NJ, travel to your group can be arranged. For distance, the workshop is available as a teleclass.

Stress Relief Deep Relaxation Session

Everyone wants to find a quiet time just to themselves to rest deeply.
