Dealing With Difficult People At Work

We're all here to become enlightened regardless of where we are, whether at work, at play or at home.  Enlightenment is the goal at the end of the journey and the immediate goal along the way is to live each day as fully and as best as we can.  Most of our co-workers are just great, reliable and amiable people.  But then there's that one person who is just impossible, unreasonable and maybe even insufferable.

Creating the Perfect Commute

Driving the same route day in and day out can be as challenging as driving through a jungle or as boring as watching the same TV commercials that are sandwiched in between your favorite shows.  There can be relief, though, with a little creativity and a few changes. Traveling Best Under Duress

Travel is not the glamorous event it used to be, nor is it the romantic adventure it is portrayed to be on the silver screen.  Today's travel is daunting, exhausting, testing of one's patience, and uncomfortable with the regular shrinking of seats, particularly on the airlines.  If you aren't going First Class, you aren't going to feel much like an adventurer or a movie star.

Putting Yourself In the Best Light-Your Own and the Environment

Ever notice how some people just seem to shine, while others seem to drain you the minute you come into close proximity to them, while still others you feel like you have to avoid.  What you're experiencing is the energy being emitted by them.  It's either soft and enlivening, or it's sharp and uncomfortable to be around.  Sometimes you don't feel the negative effects until you slow down for a different activity and subsequently feel as if you are completely drained of energy and clear thoughts.
